Louis Ozawa Changchien (also credited as Louis Ozawa or Louis Changchien) is an American actor. He was born on October 11, 1975 in Queens, New York and raised in New York City and Japan, the son of a Japanese mother, a jewelry designer, and a Taiwanese father. He attended Riverdale Country School as well as Stuyvesant High School and Brown University, where he holds an MFA in acting. Changchien first appeared in the 1999 film On the Q.T.. Since then, he has appeared in many popular films, including Robot Stories (2003), Fair Game (2010), Predators (2010), The Bourne Legacy (2012), and Spectral (2016). He made his television debut on Law & Order in 2006. Since then, he has made numerous appearances on shows such as Matador, The Man in the High Castle, Bosch, Hunters, and Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan.
