Well that sucks. The only DC property on tv in a series even remotely worth following. Flash and the whole Arroverse shows all angst fodder for teens going on middle school. Guess no more DC verse for me. Except Lois and Superman, that isn't bad but we will see after the recasting that doesn't look good. They didn't even try to recast someone similar. Guess they couldn't find someone similar in Hollywood with a casting call that likely had 10,000 would be actors showing up at least 20% bringing real talent with them.

And now their best on tv property gets the axe? figures.

One of the best shows related to DC, so of course it is cancelled.

Not at all unexpected. Pennyworth was esthetically and stylistically distinct from other DC shows. It simply didn't fit with James Gunn's and Peter Safran's newly announced plans for the Warner Bros. Discovery comic book studio division. Shame! I would love a final fourth season but unfortunately it won't happen. 🙁
