After a frustrating day of hunting, Dog must shift gears to fulfill his suburban Dad obligations by attending his daughter's school play.

While hunting an elusive deep sea fisherman, Dog is also trying to plan a great Mother's Day for Beth, but he's having problems finding the special flowers Beth wants.

Dog must bring in "The Godfather of Waikiki" in order to preserve his respect on the street.

Dog decides to sweep the island clean of as many fugitives as he can in two days. Raymond, wanted on drug charges, is an easy grab. Mauro, wanted for solicitation, is busted. And a Samoan, Siamau, is convinced to fly back to Hawaii from Los Angeles, and the team quickly nabs him.

Dog goes after a fugitive named Tracy who lives in a homeless shelter, but the shelter's staff is uncooperative, and the two sides get into an angry confrontation that forces Dog to temporarily back off. Next, an informant leads the team to Daniel, whose capture is clean but violent. Stressed out by the job, Dog and Beth decide to relax with a romantic dinner.

Dog juggles his job and family responsibilities at the same time. He leads the search for Robert, a low-level drug dealer who makes money by selling hedge clippings as marijuana and broken Macadamia nuts as crack. As he hunts down Robert, Dog gets on the phone to tell Beth not to spend too much money to furnish Leland's Honolulu apartment.

Upset because one his puppies may die and wanting to give the little guy a second chance in life, Dog decides to offer one of the fugitives a second chance, too. He captures Paul, an "Ice Head" methamphetamine addict, then steers him to a rehab program instead of jail. The next day, Dog, Bonnie, and Cicely head for the vet's office, where they discover the puppy is okay. They name him Lucky, because like Paul, he's lucky to be alive.

Dog tries to nab a fugitive named Wayne by tricking him. Dog calls Wayne to tell him that he's won a new vacuum cleaner and he should stick around to get it. Dog then sends his daughter, Lyssa, to "deliver" the vacuum cleaner and lure Wayne out of his house. But when Lyssa arrives, Wayne is gone, and with the sun setting, the chances of nabbing the fugitive suddenly don't look very good.

Leland is not in the best of moods. Although it's his birthday, the crews' heavy work schedule means there's no day off for him and he's suspicious of a "birthday surprise" practical joke. But after Dog and Beth present him with a tiny piece of banana cake with candles at the office Leland's fear of a practical joke fades. It is time to get to work, but the case they are working is not a happy one. 

Dog and his team fight the war on ice-crystal methamphetamine-on many fronts. They appear on a special anti-drug float in a parade. Then they go after bail-jumping Pana, a convicted drug dealer with a reputation for being a member of the deadly California gang, the Bloods. They get help from a woman who has a score to settle with the fugitive, and she offers to help Dog lay a trap for Pana and spring it at midnight in Chinatown.

Hunting down a fugitive known as "Bozo," Dog gets help from an unexpected source - Bozo's father-in-law. When they find Bozo, he protests his wife-beating charge, saying he never hit her with his fist, only his open hand. That's not good enough for Dog, who hauls him away to the police station with little sympathy.

Dog and the team get a big surprise after they track down Bosco, a fugitive who they believe is addicted to methamphetamines. They discover he's off drugs, settling into a normal life with a new girlfriend, and is very friendly. But despite their newfound fondness for Bosco, business is business, and they hand him over to the Hawaii police.

Leland has a full plate of fugitives in Kona, and the whole family heads to the Big Island to help. They capture Clifford, who has a nasty habit of hitting his wife. On the ride to jail, Dog tries to make Clifford understand that hitting his wife won't make her love him. And at the police station, Dog says we are all our brother's keepers, and we must all try to help Clifford change.

Dog visits his mother's grave for inspiration before heading out to find Frankie, a violent fugitive hiding in the jungle. The spirit of Ma Chapman seems to help when Dog finds an unusual ally - Frankie's mother, who believes that helping Dog bring her son in is the best thing she can do for him.

Dog lectures high school students about the dangers of drugs before going after Joseph, a dangerous fugitive who won't be easy to capture. Dog gets special help from a UPS driver, but has to reject the assistance of another potential ally--4-year-old Garry, who wants to go after Joseph, but is dragged back to the house kicking and screaming.

Dog, taking the day off to try his hand at coaching, assigns Tim and Leland to track down Emmanuel, a fugitive with terminal cancer who's got nothing to lose by running. Can the boys prove to Dog and Beth that they can handle a difficult job on their own?

The boys get distracted by the bikini-clad lovelies on Waikiki when they hunt for Lucy, a homeless, alcoholic fugitive. Beth is amused by the boys, but this is serious business: Tim will have to pay the bond if Lucy isn't caught.

Dog faces a tough personal and professional situation when he must hunt down his friend, Ili, who has helped him on many busts. But now Ili's on the other side of the law. She's didn't come to court to answer charges that she burned down her house after a fight with her husband, and now Dog must bring her in.

Patrick will fight in a steel cage, and that gives Dog a great chance to catch him because when the fight's over there'll be nowhere for Patrick to run!

Dog has only a few days to catch a woman nicknamed Cats or forfeit Beth's $10,000 bond. But it won't be easy - Cats is eight months pregnant, so Dog will have to lure her in rather than risk a violent grab. A long cat-and-mouse game unfolds as Dog tries to talk her into surrendering without a fight.

Dog is in for a big surprise after he catches a fugitive named Jonaven in a sting operation. In a teary heart-to-heart talk, Dog finds out that Jonaven's father was killed in a shoot-out with police when Jonaven was only 9. Dog then realizes that he knew the father, and feels compelled to plead with Jonaven to straighten himself out and lead a better life.

Dog and the team really have their hands full when they go after a tough guy named Nunu, who leads them on a chase through apartment complexes and a shopping mall before he's finally captured. But Dog is charmed by Nunu's unquenchable spirit and even makes friends with him.

Dog's feeling lucky, so he's going to try to capture two women in one day. The first, Moani, has "crazy" tattooed on her neck and is facing drug charges. Dog and the team will have to chase her down at the beach if they're going to bring her in. The second fugitive, Jade, also turns out to be a tough catch. Despite help from Jade's sister, Dog has problems snaring her.

Dog has problems when he goes to a small town on the Big Island of Hawaii to track down a fugitive. In a small town, everyone knows everyone else's business, making it impossible for Dog to hunt in secret. With his every move exposed, Dog has a hard time bagging his Big Island prey.

Dog and the team search for Jonah, a violent and desperate criminal facing 20 years in jail. The trail goes stale when Dog runs into evasive family members and an angry girlfriend. But when the team discovers that Jonah has a second girlfriend who's pregnant with his fifth child, they get the lead they need to trap their target.

Dog and the team go after Kandice, AKA Candy, AKA Suga, a stripper who didn't make her court appearance. They convince one of her friends to lure her to a supermarket parking lot, where Dog has an easy time fetching the fetching young thing. But then Dog takes a shine to Suga, and it hurts him to hand her over to the law.

Dog and Beth take on the heartbreaking case of Rachel. Rachel's mom bailed her out of jail on condition that she go to AA meetings and stick to a curfew. But Rachel hasn't kept up her end of the bargain, and now her mother has made the painful decision to send her back to jail. The situation is also painful for Beth, who remembers who own youthful indiscretions and hopes that Rachel will one day change her life.

Dog is trying to cut down on smoking, but it's not easy with his high-stress job. Today, he must track down Walter, a fugitive who believes that the Canadian military has planted a chip in his tooth that allows him to communicate with his van, which is just an old jalopy. After nabbing Walter, Dog goes back out to search for Tammy, an ice addict. He busts Tammy and tells her that she's got to get off drugs - something Dog knows he needs to do himself when it comes to tobacco.

Beth designs a luxurious new office for the team and shows it off to Dog, but the bounty hunter is more interested in starting his hunt for Federico, who's been revoked for missing court dates and generally running amuck. Freddy's spent time in the federal pen for bank robbery, and the team knows that anyone "brave enough and crazy enough" to pull a bank job can be a dangerous man. So when they get a lead that Freddy's sleeping in his car, they hope they'll catch him napping. But when the click of the cuffs rouses Freddy, he quickly shows that he won't go down without a fight.

Dog and the team begin their day by judging the local elementary school's talent show, where they declare all the kids to be winners. Then Dog goes on his next case, which involves Bobby, who's been on parole for three months pending sentencing on an assault charge. Bobby's girlfriend wants him back in jail, and Dog agrees that the Bobby needs to be behind bars. But when Bobby resolves a tense standoff at his parents' house by surrendering, Dog's opinion of him changes. He sees that Bobby, like all of us, is really both good and bad, rolled into one.

Today's a double header for Dog. While one case involves trickery both will require compassion. Before Dog begins the hunt, he compares his fugitives to his pet parrot. Although they long to be free, some of them will never be able to handle their freedom. The first case is Frankie, his problems involve four arrests in the last year, including car theft and assault.

Dog pursues two people whose lives have been devastated by drugs. First, he tracks Mae, who traded a good home, loving kids, and an adoring husband for an ice pipe. He busts Mae, but is amazed to discover that her family still showers her with love. The next case involves Jude. His addiction has caused his pregnant wife to fear for her safety, but she still can't bring herself to revoke his bail and return him to jail. Dog decides that he must go, though, and it's up to Beth to comfort the distraught woman.

Dog answers two very different calls for help from women. In the first case, he helps Leland protect Maria, who's being threatened by her violent husband. After making sure Maria and her children are safe, Dog keeps his promise to visit a young woman who's dying of cancer and has asked to see Dog as one of her final wishes. As Dog goes to see her, we discover why this is going to be an especially emotional experience for Dog--he's had to deal with the loss of a child.

Baby Lyssa, who's just turned 18 and is studying to become a bondsman, gets to do some on-the-job training when she helps Dog hunt for Wayne, who's run out on a bond for second-degree assault. A stakeout at one address proves a waste of time, but the team finally closes in on Wayne and prepares to take him down.

Dog is sick as a dog, but he still must lead the hunt for a fugitive named James. James' girlfriend tries to cover for him, but Dog surprises James in his bedroom and leads him away in cuffs. On the way to jail, Dog finds out that the reason James missed a court date was to protect his girlfriend from her ex-boyfriend. James also explains that a previous conviction led to legal trouble and ex-con discrimination that left him utterly disheartened. Sympathetic as always, Dog encourages James to persevere.

Beth buys Dog a shirt with an embroidered chicken that looks like a dragon, but Dog explains he only wears shirts with pictures of either Jesus or a Harley-Davidson. When it's time to go to work, the team goes after Necia, a fugitive with felony charges pending and a history of failing to appear in court. After the team surrounds Necia's house, she comes out full of excuses about why she missed court. Beth is skeptical about the excuses until Necia's 10-year-old daughter comes out for a tearful goodbye, and Beth realizes that Necia's had a tough life.

It's Christmas day, and Dog sets out to nab Raymond, who robs to support his ice habit, and give him a little Christmas gift - shiny new handcuffs. A passerby in Chinatown tells Dog that Raymond's asleep on a park bench, but when the team sneaks up, they find it's not their man. It's not until the next morning that the case is solved - in a very surprising way.

Dog and Beth have their hands full when they go after their former housekeeper, Lisa, who's jumped bond. They know this case will be tricky because Lisa knows everyone in the family. But as luck will have it, Beth's nephew, Jason, is visiting from Texas and quickly put to work as the bait. When the team closes in on Lisa's building, she tries to escape over her back balcony, but ultimately surrenders to Beth. It's a bittersweet victory as Dog comforts Lisa while she cries in his arms before going off to jail.

Before Tim heads out for a tough day of bounty hunting, he likes to get in a little quality time with his daughter, Summer Rain. This morning, he takes the toddler for a spin around the yard in her little red wagon. It's a much-needed moment of domestic tranquility, as today's hunt will be especially stressful. Richard, one of Tim's own clients, did not show up for court and if the team doesn't catch him, Tim will have to pay the bond.

What better way for Dog to start his morning, than at an elementary school Career Day, inspiring a new generation of potential bounty hunters? After giving a rousing speech to an audience of enthusiastic grade-schoolers, Dog catches up with an old friend, Sheriff Tommy Cayetano, to talk business. Dog's got a tough fugitive to catch and Tommy is happy to lend a hand. Mia is no ordinary fugitive--even the FBI wants to talk with her because of her drug world connections. As Dog and the crew are heading out on their first lead, they get a hot tip--Mia's distinctive red car has been spotted, parked in a busy downtown area. After a tense stakeout and a dramatic bust, Dog finds that his work has just begun.

Dog knows very little about Peter, but what he does know, he doesn't like! Not only is he currently facing two counts of second degree sexual assault, he's racked up numerous restraining orders over the years, and a week ago he dropped out of sight before missing his court date. The team begins their hunt with just a photograph and his father's address. The dad gives Dog some clues for the hunt, but the information is sketchy. With day turning to night, Dog approaches the alleged victim and ex-girlfriend, Natasha, for assistance. She is happy to help and agrees to set up a meeting with him where Dog could trap him. But just as the meeting is supposed to take place, Peter calls Natasha from the airport--he is about to board a plane for the mainland! The hunt begins.

It's the day before Valentine's Day and love is in the air at Da Kine Bail Bonds--but not for Tapi who has failed to appear in court on theft charges. Dog's plan is to have Leland knock on Tapi's door with a Valentine's gift to draw her out. They arrive at the house, but Tapi no longer lives there. Dog then digs up a phone number for Tapi's girlfriend, calls her and demands to know where he can find Tapi. Minutes later Tapi calls back to find out what's going on and just like that Dog has her phone number. The hunt resumes the next day, Valentine's Day, and in honor of love, Dog calls Tapi and offers to go easy on her if she turns herself in. While they wait, Dog has a jeweler friend come in so that he can buy something for Beth and everyone can feel the love.

Dog and the team must deal with misleading informants, belligerent boaters, and angry drunks when they go after Kimberly, a traffic offender with over 20 violations. And if that isn't enough, Dog has another problem -- Duane Lee is sick. So he calls in Justin, a former team member, to help catch Kimberly, but Tim and Leland are worried that Justin isn't a team player.

When the team hunts for Steven, a fugitive with a history of domestic abuse, they seek help from his girlfriend, who's been a victim of his abuse. Meanwhile, Beth trains for a 5K race to help raise awareness about domestic abuse, but the boys don't think she'll make it across the finish line.

Dog is going to be the keynote speaker at the annual Profession Bail Agents convention in Las Vegas, but before he leaves he's got to clear two cases from his docket--Heidi and Stephanie. Heidi is a check forger who's failed to make a court appearance. And Stephanie is one tough cookie--she's a fugitive with a history of car theft, burglary, and drug abuse. A day later in Vegas, Dog gives a rousing speech to the PBUS.

Tim's got a big problem on his hands. One of his clients, Owen, has failed to appear in court. He's on bond for serious drug charges and now Tim could lose $30,000 if he doesn't catch Owen. With Dog's help he tries to track down the co-signer but they comes up dry. The next step is for the team to start the hunt with the only lead they have, the address of the fugitive's father. What they discover is when they hit Dad's place is not a single house but an entire compound. Although Owen has been spotted earlier in the day, he could be in any one of the half dozen houses. Dog's only hope to catch Owen is to convince the family to help them in their search, and finally a whispered clue leads a secret hide away and a dramatic bust.

It's been raining for days and the team is going a little stir crazy. Dog however has the cure--a good hunt. Maui has failed to appear on a drug charge and the team has just one lead. She was recently spotted during a bust at a local garage were stolen cars are taken apart to be sold for parts. Dog heads out to the "chop shop" in search of clues but there he hits a wall--of silence. A call to a Maui's boyfriend in jail provides a tip that takes Dog on a race through the parts of Honolulu that tourist rarely see. After tracking her through rundown pool halls, deserted car lots and neglected apartments, they catch a hot address and nab her at the home of a friend. The trail has been a hard one but it did provide the antidote for the team's a bad case of cabin fever.

As Dog likes to say, "it's not the years it's the miles," and this goes for both men and machines. Those long hunts and the rides to jail take a toll not only on Dog but also on his vehicles. So he decides it's time to outfit the Da Kine crew with new SUVs. After a quick visit to their local dealership Duane and Beth emerge behind the wheels of two wicked whips, brand new top-of-the line SUVs. They also leave with a new mission, to break-in the new cars by the end of the day in by giving the fugitive "a smooth ride to a hard place." Their target is Jasmine, a woman whose criminal record includes over 37 arrests for everything from drug promotion to assault. She has disappeared without a trace and Dog will need every trick in his book to track her down.

Dog has two fugitives to catch, and he gets help from the unlikeliest sources--the fugitives' mothers. First, Ginger's mother wants to revoke her daughter's bond because 18-year-old Ginger is selling drugs and running wild. Then Brandon's mother decides to revoke his bond because Brandon has a ice habit and mom thinks he'll be safer in jail.

Dog is back hunting in the big city of Denver, but chasing fugitives on the mainland is more dangerous than ever. So Dog decides that the crew should get pepper-ball guns, which have much better range than pepper spray. Then they go after Clyde, a tough guy who proves elusive. But when the team finally discovers that Clyde is hiding in a trailer in the Black Forest, a large woody area southeast of the city, they gear up to move in and nail their target.

Dog decides to help two of his bondsmen buddies, Dave "Red" Widhelm and "Downtown" Bobby Brown. First up is Red, who has a client named Alvin who failed to appear on a $20,000 bond with charges of drug possession and distribution pending. Dog plans to make the bust by using Lyssa to lure Alvin out of his apartment. Then the team goes after Craig, a client of Bobby's who has failed to appear on traffic offenses worth almost $70,000. They track Craig to his house, but must move quickly because Craig's father is poised to tip him off that the bust is going down.

Dog leads the team on another adrenaline-filled chase in Denver. The fugitive, Robert, has a habit of address-hopping that makes him a difficult target, but Dog refuses to give up and finally tracks Robert down in his latest hideaway. Meanwhile, Beth's beloved father, Pops, is sick and isn't getting any better, and Dog dedicates the hunt to him.

The team is still in Colorado, and today Dog starts his day by to giving his kids and crew a sample of their western heritage by taking them horseback riding. This hunt takes Dog back to his old stomping grounds in Denver. He's helping out his childhood friend, Red, who also is a bail bondsman. One of Red's longtime customers, Ana, has failed to appear in court. But she knows everyone in Red's office, so he's afraid she'll be able to elude them. But she doesn't know Dog...yet. They start the hunt by hitting the home address she listed on her application, only to discover it's standing empty. Canvassing the neighbors they learn her house has been vacant for months. But one thing leads to another and after some persistent searching, they catch a break. During the take down Lyssa takes charge, and at the end of the day Dog has a surprising and moving reward for his daughter.

Dog's time is running out in Colorado. After a month of helping his bail bondsmen friends around Denver, he's got to get his family back home to Hawaii. But Dog wants one more capture before they leave. Friend Bobby Brown has just the jump for him--Michael, a young man who seems to have traded in a once a bright future for the darker side of life. Michael has failed to appear in court for an assault charge. So with little to go on but the address of the fugitive's future father-in-laws, Dog tracks this target through the suburban landscape of Colorado Springs. After locating Michael's mother and gathering information from family and friends, Dog devises a trap to snare Michael. The problem is that he can't be there for it. But the long arm of the Dog will always get his man, and now it is Leland and Duane Lee's turn to stay behind and take care of the family's obligations.

Dog usually takes his job personally, but this time a case really hits home. First, he and Beth receive a special gift--a painting of Dog's recently deceased daughter, Barbara Katy. Everyone on the team needs to take a moment to recover from the emotional impact of that. But when Lyssa points out that the fugitive in Dog's next case has the same birth date as Barbara, Dog takes a special vow to capture the young woman so he can persuade her to avoid the same mistakes his daughter made.

Dog finds himself fighting two enemies--the law and his inner demons. He continues his legal battle to fight extradition to Mexico in connection with his 2003 capture of fugitive rapist Andrew Luster. His other struggle is private. Demoralized by his arrest on the extradition warrant, Dog questions whether he really has the hunger to ever bounty hunt again.

Dog shows his love of justice and children in this poignant episode. He begins by giving encouragement to a group of handicapped children and making them honorary members of his posse. Dog and the team then start their search for Jacob, a fugitive who's abandoned his wife and children. When the hunt leads Dog to a meeting with Jacob's family, he asks Jacob's kids a question: If he could grant them one wish, what would it be? They wish for Dog to bring their daddy back. But can Dog do it?

Michael is out on bail for drug sales, theft, and violation of parole. Dog's after him for failing to appear in court and his only lead is Jen, his co-signer and girlfriend. When they hit her house she's nowhere to be found but her brother informs them he's worried because Michael has a history of abusing women and fears for his sister's safety. This news puts Dog on a mission to save Jen. Surprisingly the biggest hurdle to bring Michael in is convincing Jen to help the team! Working with Beth, Dog tries a clever variation of "good cop, bad cop" to win her over. Will the team succeed, or will the mysterious power Michael seems to hold over Jen keep her from doing the right thing.

Today, Dog and the boys are going after a fugitive with a serious price tag. Tim failed to appear in court on a $25,000 bond and has a string of theft charges behind him. When the team hits his apartment, they find a boot print on the door -- a souvenir of a police raid from only days earlier. Tim managed to evade the cops, but Dog is determined to put this fugitive behind bars. To get the job done, he'll find himself on an unusual journey before a unexpected tip leads to a surprising finish.

A Hawaiian surfing hero is on a wave to nowhere and it's Dog's turn to play lifeguard. "Buttons," known throughout the islands for his prowess on the waves and his daring 360's, has wiped-out on the rocky shoals of drug addiction. This troubled legend has been losing his struggle with the "Big H" and Dog's search to find him is a voyage through the murky waters of homelessness and despair.

Kristine had a string of gambling and forgery charges before she jumped bail leaving Dog "holding the bag" -- in this case a $20,000 bond. Now it's time for Dog to call in some chits of his own, getting the help of trusty informants he's helped out over the years. Their tips will send him and the team on a multi-day tour though the low-rent hotels and illicit gaming houses of the Hawaii few tourists ever see. As the hunt stretches out, Dog amps up the pressure putting the squeeze on the very gaming rooms Kristine frequents. But when the hand plays to a close, Dog is in for a surprise when he discovers that he and Kristine share a common past.

Dog told him not to go, but Charles went anyway, skipping to Oregon against the terms of his bail. Now Dog has a tip that Charles plans to slip back into Honolulu. Dog is back in Hawaii and tracking a dangerous fugitive through the jungles of the Big Island. Their prey is being protected by a ring of family and friends that Dog must forcefully confront to bring in his man. Finally a hot tip sends Dog and team to a volcanic moonscape and a midnight raid.

When Dog decides to spend the day caring for his newest granddaughter, Beth enlists the girls to hunt down a female fugitive. Heading into a dangerous part of town the ladies will use their feminine wiles to track this mother gone wrong.
