Continuing its association with one of the most prolific producers in television history, NBC has renewed all six of its Dick Wolf-produced scripted series – "Chicago Med", "Chicago Fire", "Chicago P.D.", "Law & Order", "Law & Order: Organized Crime" and "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" – for the 2023-2024 season. All of the shows, which are produced by Universal Television in association with Wolf Entertainment, stream next day on Peacock.

NBC has given three-year pickups to its “Chicago” brand – “Chicago Fire,” “Chicago P.D.” and “Chicago Med” – as well as fan favorite and record-breaker “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

“Chicago Fire” has cast both Annie Ilonzeh and Steven Boyer in recurring roles for the show’s upcoming seventh season, Variety has learned exclusively. Ilonzeh will appear as Emily Foster, described as an intelligent, easygoing and confident new paramedic. Foster is new to the Chicago Fire Department but is a quick and effective worker.
