In White Lotus the older brother was not onboard with it and was humiliated which makes it very different from Game of Thrones. That's what I meant when I said if it had been the sister it would not have been made. But since it was a straight white male it was oked. Notice all the straight white males got their comeuppance on this show while the self-entitled b that extorted 5 million from someone got away with it. Kinda lame but expected in the woke era.
Jesus christ, everything is woke and awful, how will you survive? Poor white men, they really have it bad right now. lol (For context, white man myself)
Also, if the show is so "woke" and awful, dont watch it? There are 100s of shows that arent "woke" - whatever that means to you, seems like that word changes meaning daily with you people. It's season 3 episode 8, the show is no more "woke" now than it was in season 1.

Well I read it more as Saxon grooming his brother for how to behave as a "man", and Lochlan taking his advice, but using it on Saxon instead. Doesn't justify what happened but makes it carry more meaning imo. Saxon also broke a lot of boundaries of what's "normal" behaviour with your siblings, blurring the lines of what's ok and what isn't for his clearly impressionable brother. Also, look no further than GoT to find this same behaviour between brothers and sisters. (or House of the Dragon, Dark, Arrested Development, etc.)
