Along with yoga, veganism, equality, animal rights and climate change, some people believe that taking cocaine is normal for a bit of fun and respite from the pressures of modern living. This series takes a group of millennials on a life changing journey to the origin of their drugs: Columbia and confronts them with their double standards.
Each episode takes them to a different part of the ‘Cocaine Trail'. From the ghost of Pablo Escobar in Medellin to the cocaine laboratories in the jungle. They meet those fighting a war on drugs from the anti Narco units to the Columbian armed forces and are confronted with the environmental and human drama that is caused by cocaine production, trafficking and use.
Along the way they meet local people and communities who shed light on the dark reality behind their glamorous drug use
A month after they have returned home, we visit them again to discover: did their change their behaviour?
