I accidentally watched episode 4 before 3 and at no point did it feel like I was missing something. Then after actually watching 3 it became clear to me that it contributed absolutely nothing to the overall story. Which kinda sums up my feeling for the season as a whole, like what was the point. Credit where it's due, Cuoco wore the hell out of that gold dress and I loved the scene where Annie bombed her job interview, would love to see of her as a mob lawyer.
The people who invented soap operas would be proud. No one is going to convince me that this show didn't start out as a vodka advertisement and everything else was completely incidental. That aside, it was a decent show, a few small tweaks and I would have enjoyed it much more but still a decent show.
Wow! That was a hell of a ride.
