An unassuming veterinarian enters a mysterious and fantastical world of the bureau of transformers.

It revolves around a vet who inadvertently discovers than monsters exist. He becomes embroiled with an agency tasked with tracking down and regulating these otherworldly creatures that possess the ability to transform into humans.
