‘Shrill’ Renewed for Season 3 at Hulu
“Shrill” has been renewed for a third season at Hulu, Variety has learned. The third season will consist of eight episodes. The first season of the series was just six episodes while the second was also eight. The news comes just over two months after the launch of Season 2 on the streamer.

Television, where Brownstone is based.

Hulu has handed out a six-episode series order for Shrill, a comedy starring the Saturday Night Live favorite.
The project, first put into development in April, is based on blogger Lindy West's memoir Shrill: Notes From a Loud Woman. SNL mastermind Lorne Michaels and Elizabeth Banks will executive produce the comedy, Production begins this week in Portland, Oregon.
