This is a pretty solid episode. The plot is decent and where the characters are at the start of the season makes sense. But for whatever reason it just seemed to lack something and I can't place what.
There were some some really strong moments in this finale, and also some moments that didn't quite live up to their potential. Overall, I think it was a great place to leave off and the final scene leaves much to be desired, so hopefully the series comes back for a season 2.
This episode sets everything up for the season finale, introducing a nice little twist to spark the finale's main conflict. While the interaction between Light Hope and She-Ra was intriguing, I feel it was the villains side of the story that really shined this episode. Etheria is even more interesting than previously thought.
