Netflix has officially begun production of "The Witcher" Season 4 in the UK. Netflix has also greenlit Season 5 of "The Witcher", which will film back-to-back with Season 4, and will be the final chapter in Geralt's story. Seasons 4 and 5 will adapt the remaining of Sapkowski's books, Baptism of Fire, The Tower of the Swallow and Lady of the Lake, promising to offer an epic and satisfying conclusion to Netflix's hit fantasy drama.

"The Witcher" has been Renewed for a Third Season by Netflix ahead of Season Two Premiere.

The pivotal role of Ciri, Princess of Cintra, will be played by Freya Allan (The War of the Worlds, Into The Badlands). The sorceress Yennefer will be played by Anya Chalotra (The ABC Murders, Wanderlust).

Henry Cavill will play the lead role in the upcoming Netflix series based on “The Witcher.” Lauren Schmidt Hissrich serves as executive producer and showrunner on the series. In addition, Alik Sakharov, Alex Garcia Lopez, and Charlotte Brändström will all direct portions of the eight-episode first season, with Sakharov also serving as executive producer.
