Wonderful footage of the beautiful Golden Temple and an interesting history of Sikhism. Each episode provides a personal look at some who work for the railway and others who use it. The entire series illustrates the impact of Partition that was ordered by the British before giving India their Independence in 1947. It's amazing with the impact of Partition to realize the progress made by India in spite of some very real problems left behind by the British!
Well presented history enhanced with personal stories by those working for the railway and using the railway. This was a very worthwhile series to watch. Entertaining and educational.
