Frank and Garrett devise a plan to convince Mayor Chase to work better with others in order to properly run the city, and Danny and Baez try to track down a perp who vandalized several NYPD vehicles with anti-cop graffiti and made threats against officers. The Reagans confront hard choices on the job when Frank deals with a police captain who's losing his grip over his precinct, and Danny faces backlash from Baez and Internal Affairs over a tough call he made in the field. Also, Jamie and Eddie are shown the ropes of field crisis management when a social worker is assigned to them for a ride-a-long, and Erin weighs the consequences of a dangerous criminal's release under new bail laws.

After Danny witnesses a drive-by shooting, he butts head with the detective assigned to the case; a childhood friend of Jamie's is convinced that she has single-handedly solved a cold case murder.

Erin tries not to feel overpowered as her new boss shadows her at work just as she's trying to get a nervous eye-witness to reveal the identity of who shot her boyfriend. Also, the serial killer who previously held Danny and Baez hostage resurfaces, and when Jamie arrests an intrusive reporter who appears at a series of store lootings, it leads to a standoff between Frank and the Attorney General over the press' First Amendment rights.

Frank asks Erin to liaise between him and NY Governor Mendez regarding policy reform he privately backs, but can't publicly support, because it goes against police rank and file. Also, Danny and Baez become enmeshed in the world of competitive gaming when a high-profile video game streamer is murdered, and Eddie and Witten suspect a live-in nanny is being abused after she approaches them on the street for help.

Frank takes matters into his own hands to save Gormley's career when the officer is accused of using excessive force after decades-old complaints against him become public knowledge. Also, Danny and Baez learn to be allies when the transgender community comes under attack, Jamie and Eddie aim to settle a personal dispute with a local thug who likes to fight cops, and Erin is pressured to let a good samaritan off the hook for a violent act of vigilantism.

 Business becomes personal for Frank and his team when Baker is assaulted, Erin asks her ex- husband to represent a defendant she's prosecuting. Also, Eddie wonders if she's being too stubborn after she publicly undermines one of Jamie's decisions at work, and Danny and Baez investigate the attempted murder of a couple with huge secrets.

Jamie faces official reprimand from Frank when he refuses to explain why he contests the arrest report of a fellow officer assaulted in the field—a rising rookie with allies. The lead suspect in Danny's case is one of his favorite comedians. 

Frank and the Deputy Commisioner of Press Information, Garrett Moore, quarrel when Garrett refuses to walk back a quote he provided to a local newspaper. Also, Danny and Baez discover a connection to a feud between local residents and city sponsored hotels for the homeless while investigating a murder, Anthony is mistaken for a mafioso and Eddie pressures Jamie to take a love language quiz.

Shockwaves ripple through the Reagan family when Danny discovers that their newest family member, Joe Hill, is working undercover for the ATF to bring down a gunrunning organization.

The Reagans band together to prevent Joe Hill from being killed in the line of duty like his father when they fear Joe's cover has been blown within the gunrunning outfit he's helping the ATF bring down.

As Danny consults a psychic to solve the murder of a young boy, Frank is at odds with the mayor over how best to protect the city from an uptick in crime following a high-profile shooting. Also, Erin investigates a decades-old case in which the primary eyewitness to the killing is her boss, D.A. Kimberly Crawford, who was 13 years old at the time.

Tension escalates between Frank and Mayor Chase after Frank makes a public arrest that goes viral. Also, Danny and Baez investigate a gang attack that takes an unexpected turn; Jamie worries when Eddie lies to him about where she's going in the evenings; and Anthony secretly recruits the Reagans for help with a surprise for Erin.

Frank must decide between remaining police commissioner and pursuing a new professional chapter when his old friend Lenny Ross presents him with an exciting job offer. Also, Sean puts Jamie and Eddie in a tough position when he tries his hand at the family business behind his father Danny's back, and Danny and Baez investigate the murder of a restaurant delivery man.

Jamie faces backlash from fellow officers, when he partners with Erin and Anthony to investigate an underground bar the NYPD and FDNY use to hide their criminal indiscretions. Also, Eddie's partner, Witten, considers leaving the force; Danny and Baez investigate a student's murder at a prestigious private school; and Frank addresses an issue of police brutality regarding Baker's husband.

Jamie and Eddie experience marital tension when Eddie allows her newly released ex-convict father, Armin, to live with them. Also, Danny and Baez go out of their way to help a desperate out-of-town man find his missing sister; Anthony enlists Erin's help when new evidence arises in a closed case from his previous police career; and Frank goes head to head with Archbishop Kearns when a local priest calling for the NYPD to be de-funded causes friction between the force and the church.

Frank causes family tension when he assigns Jamie to guard Danny after a hit is put on him, and when Frank tries to stop his cop grandson, Joe Hill (Will Hochman), from seeking revenge after he's attacked. Also, Eddie gets a hostile new partner, and Erin's moral character is attacked by the defense when she tries an old murder case related to her boss, the D.A.

Danny and Baez's attempts to find the culprit who assaulted a shop owner are hindered by the close-knit community's refusal to cooperate with the investigation. Also, Erin's suspicions about her boss rise when the D.A. assigns her to a seemingly low-level case, and Gormley, Garrett and Baker are threatened when Frank welcomes a new staff member to their "dream team." 

Danny partners with Anthony to solve a double homicide when Anthony's shady cousin, Joey, proves to have gang ties to the crime. Also, the boundary between Eddie and Jamie's work and personal relationship is strained when Eddie and her new partner, Badillo, ask Jamie to reassign them to different partners, and Erin questions the sacrifices she's made for her career when she allows her law school friend to dig into her personal life to prepare for a potential run for district attorney.

Frank enlists the help of an old friend, Sloane Thompson, to investigate a cyber-attack on the NYPD that forces Danny and Baez to release an evasive suspect. Also, Baez questions her place within the NYPD; Eddie is torn over a workplace dilemma; and Jamie wrestles with a family secret.

An illegal drug shipment arriving in New York City forces Danny to partner up with his Texas Ranger associate, Major Waylon Gates, to find the narcotics before they flood the streets. Also, Jamie makes a concerning discovery about a former mentor as he helps a neighbor handle a gambling debt, and Frank receives pushback from Mayor Chase over his handling of a brawl between demonstrators and police officers at a protest.

Danny pursues Dickie Delaney, a con artist pretending to be the legendary singer Jimmy Buffett, after he's tricked into paying for the scammer's meal at an expensive restaurant. Also, Frank investigates NYPD Captain Terrell, who is using her badge to get free wares from local stores; Erin worries about her reputation when she's the subject of a salacious, anonymous police blog; and Jamie introduces a decades-old saluting rule in the precinct.

Frank is at odds with his friend Archbishop Kearns when he says the NYPD arrested the wrong man for a murder, but he can't break the confessional seal to reveal the true killer's identity. Also, Danny and Baez use unorthodox methods to work around the Church's confidentiality constraints to find the real killer; Eddie defies Erin and the D.A.'s office to get justice for a sexual assault survivor; and Reagan family ties are put to the test when Jamie and his nephew, Joe Hill, butt heads over fair police practices.

Frank contends with a potentially dirty cop within his ranks when Danny and Baez's investigation into a brutal assault on an NYPD detective reveals the officer may be corrupt. Also, Eddie and Badillo track down the culprits behind the theft of valuable rare works from a celebrated bookstore; Jamie begrudgingly joins Henry as he looks into an old friend's death he deems suspicious; and Erin snoops into the background of a new woman in Anthony's life.

Erin and Anthony team up with Erin's nephew, police officer Joe Hill, to course-correct a trial when Joe becomes aware of witness tampering. Also, Baez forces Danny to help her find the killer of her favorite TV personality; a seemingly random shooting at police Lt. Raymond Moretti's home leads Frank to investigate who in the officer's family has criminal ties; and as Eddie works an SVU case, she questions her decision to become a police sergeant.

Frank contends with public outcry to defund the NYPD School Safety Division, after a physical altercation between a school officer and a student goes viral. Also, Danny and Baez help a father track down his missing ex-wife and daughter; Erin and Anthony deal with the aftermath of the surprise release of a serial criminal; and Jamie is unsure of how to navigate inappropriate conversation among his officers in the precinct.

An officer they briefly worked with at 1PP, is shot after Frank reassigned her for not meshing with their team. Also, Eddie, Danny and Baez investigate a man's murder after Eddie and her partner respond to an altercation between the victim and a neighbor, and Anthony finds himself at a crossroads when he's offered a promotion that strains his relationship with Erin.

Frank is blindsided when Mayor Chase bypasses him with a request for Jamie to head his security detail. Also, Danny and Baez investigate the murder of a wealthy college student; Eddie experiences tension with her partner, Badillo, when she arrests a protestor against his wishes; and Anthony scrambles to help his half-brother when he fears money woes are leading his sibling down the wrong path.

Frank faces a dilemma when a Marine veteran, who became a local celebrity for saving a woman's life, asks him to make an exception to the NYPD recruitment age limit so he can join the force. Also, an encounter with an old law school rival leads Erin to look into an alleged wrongful conviction; Jamie is torn over whether to report a sergeant close to Eddie for punching a fellow officer; and Danny and Baez race to find an abducted child.

When Erin is stalked by a man who was recently released from prison after serving 12 years, she enlists Anthony and Danny to investigate her office's role in his sentencing. Also, Jamie works to save his badge when he is caught driving under the influence after he is unknowingly given drugs at a party, and Frank navigates multiple family issues as he deals with a troubling medical diagnosis for Henry, as well as Jamie's DUI.

Danny and Jamie join forces with their nephew, Joe Hill, when Jamie and Joe's search for an undocumented teenage girl who has been sex-trafficked, converges with Danny and Baez's investigation into the murder of a woman in witness protection. Also, Frank and Erin butt heads when Frank calls out the District Attorney's office for instituting a new rule that classifies armed robbery as a misdemeanor, a mandate that has immediate ramifications for Eddie and her partner.

The job takes a dangerous turn for the Reagans when Eddie and Jamie deal with a domestic violence case associated with an investigation led by Danny and Baez. Also, Frank and his friend, Archbishop Kearns, go on a mission to avail themselves to an unfiltered look at the city; and Erin is presented with a surprising offer by her ex-husband, Jack Boyle, regarding her run for District Attorney.

Frank causes family tension when he announces he will not endorse Erin's run for district attorney. Also, Danny and Baez investigate a bloody crime scene at a hotel, and Jamie begins a new job as a field intelligence sergeant that requires him to keep secrets from his family.

Danny and Baez investigate after a vicious attack leaves their mutual friend, Maggie Gibson, hospitalized. Also, Frank and the Dream Team debate the appropriate memorial protocol for a former police commissioner with a questionable professional legacy; Jamie begs Erin to release a perp who can lead him to a powerful criminal; and Eddie's car is vandalized by her partner Badillo's ex-girlfriend.

Danny and Baez investigate a series of violent robberies targeting luxury timepieces, and Erin is conflicted about criminally charging a potentially innocent man. Also, Frank is forced to reopen a case in which the officer involved was acquitted, and Jamie interviews a decorated officer to join his Field Intel team.

Frank launches an investigation after the Reagan family is harassed when protests against a controversial NYPD unit escalate. Also, Danny and Baez form an unlikely partnership with an informant in order to prevent a murder; Eddie lands in hot water after she defies a direct order; and conflict arises between Erin and the Dream Team when the D.A.'s office strikes a deal with Baker's assailant.

Danny and Jamie clash over a gang-related shooting after Jamie oversteps as part of his new position and Danny empathizes too closely with a victim. Also, Erin and Anthony search for answers when a lawyer in their office jeopardizes a case involving Erin's nephew, Joe Hill; and Frank grows concerned when he's not invited to speak at a policing forum.

Erin and Anthony clash when Anthony's daughter, Sophia, is the sole eyewitness to a fatal shooting. Also, Frank wants to punish an off-duty cop for his inaction during an armed robbery; Danny and Baez investigate a violent mugging with some unwanted help from Jamie; and Eddie and her partner, Badillo, help an attack victim see the brighter side of New York City.

Danny crosses paths with Sonny Le, a criminal from a previous case, when he investigates a gang attack with a shocking motive. Also, Frank and Mayor Chase butt heads over an off-duty cop who goes too far making a political statement; Anthony worries Erin's DA campaign could be threatened by her ex-husband Jack's unsavory business connections; and Jamie investigates a potentially dirty officer whose identity may be close to home.

Reagan family tensions run high when Frank and his grandson, Joe Hill, contend with a grievous insult to the memory of Joe's father, Joe Reagan. Also, Erin and Henry work together to bust an over-the-phone scammer targeting the elderly; Danny intervenes in an undercover assignment led by his spiraling former partner; and Eddie's captain takes suspicious interest in her efforts to locate a stolen puppy.

Jamie and his new intel team officer infiltrate a high-tech car smuggling ring. Also, Frank faces off against the city's transit chief over a new mayoral solo police patrol program that is causing officer injuries on the job; Eddie asks Danny to help her bust a cop impersonator; and Erin hires an image consultant to help with her D.A. campaign.

Danny and Baez's investigation into the death of a chess hustler is complicated by interference from the victim's son; Jamie tries to make amends with a man he regrets putting away as a young officer.

Danny reunites with Mickey Patrick, his childhood friend and a former criminal, who comes to him for help finding his missing fiancée. Also, Anthony surprises Erin with one last stakeout before her run for district attorney; Jamie helps a former officer caught committing a crime with the purpose of helping others; and Frank comes face to face with a woman who confesses to killing her husband.

Danny and Baez race against the clock to catch a serial killer targeting young women across the city. Also, Erin and Eddie clash when Eddie intervenes in a murder case and Erin's personal life; and Frank must decide how to discipline his grandson Joe Hill when Joe breaks protocol while working on a joint task force with the FBI.

The return of Rachel Witten, Eddie's former partner turned social worker, tests her loyalties and conflicts Frank, when Rachel brings an accusation of excessive force against an officer. Also, Danny and Baez clash with a troubled foster child at the center of their latest investigation and Erin must make a tough decision about her campaign run for district attorney.

Danny partners with Texas Ranger Waylon Gates again to deliver an infamous drug cartel boss to arraignment, but the mission becomes complicated when the criminal threatens to harm the Reagans. Also, Erin is thrust into the spotlight when she takes on a highly contentious assault case involving a beloved basketball star; Eddie forms an unlikely alliance to solve a cold murder case; and Frank and Jamie clash when Frank denies a request for Jamie to go undercover.

Jamie and Eddie find themselves at odds when Jamie learns that Eddie's close friend Tracey may be using the restaurant she owns as a drug front. Also, Erin forms an alliance with Anthony and her ex-husband, Jack Boyle, when she is accused of causing the suicide of a former colleague; Frank weighs whether he should fire a female officer who has an online profile featuring naked photos of herself; and Danny and Baez try not to be influenced by their own biases when they are faced with various descriptions of the same suspect.

Frank clashes with the Dream Team when one of the members becomes the focus of a departmental investigation. Also, Jamie and Danny team up to investigate a series of carjackings involving one of Danny's criminal informants; Eddie and her partner, Badillo, help a woman being stalked by a man she met on a dating app; and Erin is determined to find the culprit behind online attacks on her boss, district attorney Crawford.

Danny and Baez investigate a case of grand larceny tied to feuding crime families when the gifts are stolen during a mob wedding. Also, Frank clashes with Mayor Chase when an influx of immigrants arrive in the city; Erin questions whether her district attorney campaign is compromising her day job; and Eddie enlists Jamie's help to bust a drug dealer responsible for fentanyl overdoses in order to comfort a grieving grandfather.

Jamie partners with the FDNY to find the arsonist responsible for a massive fire at an NYPD evidence storage facility. Also, Danny and Baez feel the ripples of the storage facility fire when all the evidence against a cartel leader Danny brought to justice is destroyed; Anthony asks Erin to let him lead on a murder case when his friend is killed; and Eddie asks Frank to put her on modified duty following her divisive arrest of an anti-cop protestor at a rally

Frank worries about his longtime friend Lenny Ross when he suspects the former officer is hiding his true reason for returning to the city. Also, Danny and Baez investigate when Baez and her daughter are targeted by a criminal Baez once put away; Eddie gives her partner, Badillo, relationship advice when his ex-girlfriend is physically attacked; and Anthony is sucked into the inner workings of an underground crime ring when his chaotic cousin, Joey, begs him for a favor.

Danny and Baez team up with Danny's old partner, Jackie Curatola, to find a copycat killer emulating a criminal's murders from a previous case; Frank and Mayor Chase battle over how best to handle the city's rising homeless population; and Jamie, Eddie and Erin team up to build evidence against a man previously released, but once again committing criminal assault.

Jamie goes undercover with a deadly human trafficking ring. Danny and Baez investigate a homicide connected to Darryl Reid, Danny's old partner. Also, Frank grapples with whether to publicly support Mayor Chase on a policy decision and Eddie is determined to teach a young shoplifter a lesson.

Danny and Baez join forces with Danny's old partner, Jackie, when a serial killer reappears. Elsewhere in the episode, Eddie faces backlash whens she tries to help a woman who accuses a sergeant of rape; Jamie clashes with Joe Hill, when his nephew interferes with Jamie's undercover operation; and Frank is blindsided when Mayor Chase publicly suggests bringing back a Commission of Police.

Frank grapples with the personal loss of his best friend and how best to help Tess Ross, the daughter of his best friend when she lands in jail. Also, Jamie and his nephew, Joe Hill, race against the clock to reunite a trafficking victim with her sister; and Danny and Erin clash when she goes behind Danny's back to use his criminal informant in an investigation.

Danny reunites with a troublesome teenager from a past case when the youth finds herself in danger. Also, Frank faces a difficult personnel decision close to home; Jamie grows suspicious when Henry is asked to be interviewed for an investigative Web series; and Erin and Anthony investigate when Erin is the alleged target of a shooting.

Erin is designated to lead a federal investigation into corrupt horse racing. Also, Jamie investigates a drug trafficking operation involving rival gangs; Danny and Baez look into a series of assaults in Little Vietnam with the help of a familiar face; and Frank is torn when he learns the Brotherhood of Teamsters are lobbying for NYPD officers to join their union.

Danny and Baez investigate a homicide involving voodoo with the help of Baez's old partner. Also, Eddie and a fellow officer team up with Captain McNichols when they suspect a prestigious school is employing discriminatory admission practices; Erin is confronted by a middle-schooler who claims Erin sent her brother to prison; and Frank tries to help Garrett's neighbor when her car is held as police evidence.

Jamie works to bust a group of scammers who use artificial intelligence to defraud the elderly. Also, Danny and Baez investigate a series of mysterious deaths at a hospital; Anthony is determined to take down an attorney who exploits the law for his own financial gain; and Frank disapproves when he learns Gormley is planning to face off against fellow officers in a "smoker" boxing match.

Danny and Baez are on edge when Sam Evans, a serial killer who once targeted Baez and her daughter, is released early from prison. Also, Jamie and Anthony team up on an investigation involving one of Anthony's criminal informants, his ex-wife's brother; Eddie clashes with Captain McNichols over a sergeant who keeps downgrading her cases; and Frank is upset when Abigail goes behind his back regarding a professional favor for her husband.

Danny gets involved when Sean becomes the latest victim in a series of robberies on Sean's college campus. Also, Erin grows suspicious of an overworked attorney who she believes isn't acting in his client's best interest; Eddie and her partner, Badillo, investigate an apartment burglary in which the tenants suspect their landlord; and Frank is livid when he learns Jamie and his grandson, Joe Hill, were in a physical altercation in public.

Danny and Gormley race to find Gus Vanderlip, a committed detective who is dangerously determined to uncover how a rapist he arrested is back on the streets; on the eve of their anniversary, Jamie and Eddie are sent on an undercover assignment to expose a corrupt sober living house; and Henry asks Frank for a favor regarding the NYPD's 9/11 Victims Compensation Fund.

The Reagans' professional lives converge when an allegation of jury tampering against Erin intertwines with Danny and Baez's homicide case and Eddie's bond to a child murder witness; Frank clashes with his friend and confidant Archbishop Kearns over the death penalty; and when Jamie's car is stolen, he joins forces with his nephew, Joe Hill, to recover it.

Danny joins forces with British investigator Christopher Granger to pursue a deadly international fugitive, and Erin faces pressure from her boss, D.A. Crawford, to secure an indictment against an officer. Also, Jamie investigates a sports gambling website accused of scamming its users, and Frank clashes with Mayor Chase when the mayor uses his authority to have a retired cop released from jail.

Frank intervenes when tensions rise between Mayor Chase and the fire commissioner of New York City. Also, Erin is blindsided when Henry agrees to testify for the defense in a case she is prosecuting; Danny and Baez investigate when human remains are discovered in a storage unit; and Eddie and her partner Badillo navigate a complicated arrest when their criminal offender is scheduled to donate his kidney.

Danny and Baez scrutinize an art gallery suspected of selling counterfeit pieces after a detective investigating the establishment is murdered. Also, Eddie is conflicted when she discovers her former partner turned social worker, Rachel Witten, crossed the line to get a mentally ill client much needed help; and Frank is upset when an award Danny was to be honored with is rescinded by Grace Edwards, the widow of an NYPD officer killed in the line of duty.

Danny and his nephew Joe Hill investigate the homicide of a delivery driver who may have been connected to an illegal narcotics ring in the city. Also, Eddie is determined to save the job of a probationary police officer who may be fired for responding to a crime; Frank faces a hard decision when he discovers Gormley is non-compliant with NYPD residency requirements; and Erin clashes with her boss, D.A. Crawford, when a seemingly rehabilated criminal from an old case becomes the subject of an armed robbery investigation.
