Born in St. Catharines, Ontario, Mike Beaver founded the Toronto sketch troupe The Bobroom, and also developed specials on CBC and The Comedy Network. His early acting career was mostly roles in various television comedies, and he likely best known for his role as The Punisher on the YTV game show, Uh Oh!, which he worked on from 1997 to 2001.
