Jessica Revell , is an English actress, best known for her role as Mandy "Elektra" Perkins in Tracy Beaker Returns and in spin-off series The Dumping Ground. Revell's first role was in Tracy Beaker Returns as Elektra Perkins and she joined in series 2. Revell reprised the role of Elektra for The Dumping Ground in 2013.Jessica Revell also appeared as Elektra in The Dumping Ground Survival Files and The Dumping Ground Dish Up. In 2015, Revell appeared in an episode of Casualty as Kelly Bange, and also appeared in 2 short roles, Girl to Girl in 2014 and in Mingmong as Judy in 2015. and she also playing Jen, in " People Are Messy".
