Kahlil Maskati

Kahlil "K-Swish" Maskati is a screenwriter/rapper from Edison, New Jersey. He is the product of an Indian father and Puerto Rican mother, who met on vacation in what was essentially a real life Bollywood music video. Fun fact: his older brother is the actor, Omar Maskati. Since graduating from NYU in 2015, Kahlil's pilot, "Revenge Tour", directed by creative partner Andrew Carter, has won awards at the LA Film Festival, SXSW, and was invited to the Sundance New Voices Lab. Their short film, "Marvin's Never Had Coffee Before", premiered at SXSW 2021. They are represented by Gersh in LA. Also, Kahlil loves the New York Knicks.
