Erin Kellyman is no stranger to pop-culture characters. She played the rebel outlaw Enfys Nest in the Star Wars stand-alone film, Solo. Then she delved into the world of Marvel, playing the extremist leader of the Flag Smashers in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier series. Lately, she is the sword-wielding warrior Jade in the Disney+ resurrection of the '80s fantasy realm of Willow.
"When I was a kid, I never imagined that I would do anything action. I used to really be into sports, but I never thought that I'd be in into action shows or action movies or anything like that, or doing stunts," she says. "So it's been nice to bounce between Marvel where it's quite action-y and I get to have fun with stunts. And then something like, I did a show called Life, which was a lot more emotion-based. So I could just fully focus on the emotional side of things, which was fun."
