“The Detour” has reached the end of the road. The family comedy series has been canceled after four seasons at TBS. Season 4 of “The Detour” aired on TBS over the summer, with the finale that aired on Aug. 20 now serving as the series finale.

I'm into the 2nd season now on Hulu and I love the show, so of course they have to cancel it. It's not your run-of-the-mill half hour comedy. It pushes the limit, which makes it so funny. Gonna miss it.
