Watched 2 episodes just to give it a chance. UHG! What could have been an interesting exploration immediately deep dived into every mundane, and false trope ever created, concerning romance. Just the term "soul mate" should have been the "tip off" looking back so I assume responsibility for that poor choice of mine in even giving this a chance. The pseudo sci fi premise itself shows an epic level ignorance of love and attraction and the differences twixt the two and the overlapping traits also (Think Venn).
Thank the stars it didn't last. In a way that affirms to me, we are moving past the sappy and false Shakespearean definition of "Love" and "Romance".
