The Circus

Lopaka and his friends put on a circus for the village. Dexter, who is watching off-shore, decides to put on a similar show underwater, as a money-making scheme. After the show, Dexter steals the circus equipment and takes it to Quetzo. Bolo accuses Lopaka of dumping the equipment, prompting Lopaka and Flipper to search for it.
