Strange aliens replace Voyager's crew members one by one and claim not to know why they are there. The transplanted crew members arrive in an idyllic world. The aliens take over Voyager when enough are aboard, and Janeway scrambles to retake it.

When Jarlath comments that the previous inhabitants of the earth-like zone had died of a plague.... Not sure if it was intentional but I thought that might have been a reference to the Outer Limits episode "A Feasibility Study". Humans are taken by aliens and find out other races are similar imprisoned in nearby sections in their own zones. The remade version of the episode in the 90's has the humans die of a plague.
