Joey and Chandler's. The bathtub has always been there. Was included in a scene back in Season 3, "The One With the Chick and the Duck" where Chandler has the duck in the tub and there's jokes about the chick not swimming.
(Although the tub's faucet is different.)

Every time I watch this episode I have similar thoughts! I think it must be Joey and Chandler's but yes, when did they get a bath??
Who’s bathtub were Monica and Chandler in at the beginning? It definitely wasn’t Joey and Chandler’s as the boys have a shower. It looks like Monica’s but why would Joey walk in to Monica’s bathroom to ask Chandler if he wants chicken? Doesn’t make sense.
