Major Buffington

Two men, Major Buffington and Spike Martin, jump onto a departing train just ahead of the railyard guards. Once the train takes off, Spike complains that he wishes Buffington would quit trying to sell phony stocks. Spike finds a tiger in a cage while looking for food, and Buffington comes over and discovers from the shipping tag that it's name is Rajah and it's heading to the circus.
