Weeks before the premiere someone put on IMDB: "Han Solo's navigation equipment in the Millennium Falcon fails during a jump and he crash lands on Earth in the year 1918. He buries his ship in fear of attack and takes the Dutton name as his own. Going from space cowboy to Earth cowboy the newly proclaimed Dutton brings smuggling to the area with horses." Sad it's not true; would have been great.
Another great series of the Dutton family. I am loving this already. Taylor Sheridan really does his research. Clearly Ranching experience and also most likely listened to tales of "how it was" combined with research help bring us these great historical tales. Tales of a fictional family living non fictional history and in non fictional times facing non fictional challenges that people in their position faced, and would face. Great casting as per usual.
