First, he invites the entrepreneurs to a world-renowned artisan smoked salmon business in Hackney Wick. Can they master traditional techniques against the clock? Who has natural flair, and who will crack under pressure?
Next, Gordon challenges the teams to embrace the great outdoors and create an incredible feast in the forest. Foraging for ingredients and cooking on open fires, can they bring the woodland to the table and create theatre for paying guests?
Finally, it's crunch-time as the contenders come face-to-face with Gordon. Who will make the grade, and who will be sent home?
