Started out interestingly with the pranks that were harming international relations; a distraught Darcy, compelling Courtney and Ms. Peel pretending to be intrigued.
The best scene was Steed intelligently avoiding a dangerous initiation.
And then the episode started to go downhill ....
Nothing but an excuse to make Diana Rigg wear a negligee while the drunk frat boys... sorry, I mean pathetic & unattractive wannabe "rakes" randomly groped/bedded the "wenches". .
Even the ending was boring, neither Peel nor Steed are victorious - with the villian taking himself out in a silly manner.
