After the first few episodes it's really clear that they go in order from oldest sibling's narrative to youngest. So, after the end of the pilot, it was a fun wait to hear Nell's story. And was it not fun at all (don't get me wrong this episode is amazing but Nell's life has been a horrifying mess). The storytelling in this episode is crazy and time seems to work on a whole other level.
This was one of the best TV episodes I've seen in a long time. 23 continuous minutes of (false) shot sequence has this episode. 26 minutes without cut by montage. Incredible.
