At around 32:24 mark, Major General George S. Hammond is holding his firearm in a wrong grip, where his right index finger is extended onto the trigger guard (assuming he was willing to shoot at his own people, he would hold his finger on the trigger, ready to fire) and his right thumb is along the right side of the weapon (would also make pulling the trigger more difficult), which would be risky as he would, combined with very low grip of the gun, likely loose grip of the weapon. Also, when the general falls to the ground, he first lets go of the gun, and in the next shot, his grip of the gun changes so his right thumb is gripping the gun from the left.

When interrogating Hathor initially Colonel Jack O'Neill mentions "isn't that what your Monk buddies on Chulak call the Stargate". This is a breach of classified information. Jackson in response says "its also Abydonian and Ancient Egyptian" this is also a breach.
Goofs...
When O'Neill is placed into the sarcophagus and Teal'c activates it, we see the left wing closing while the right remains stationary.
Goofs...
At the very beginning the Mayan pyramid is identified by subtitles as the Temple of the Inscriptions, Palenque, Mexico - but the structure shown is actually the El Castillo, Chichen Itza.
Goofs...
When Hathor's sarcophagus is first opened in a Mayan temple in Mexico, her first words are in English, "Where is Ra?".
Goofs...
When Hathor escapes through the Stargate, a male voice announces that the Stargate is in use on the PA system. However, all the males in the base are under Hathor's control and there is no one in the Control Room when SG-1, minus Teal'c, arrives.
Goofs...
When Dr. Daniel Jackson first shows Hathor the Stargate in this episode, it is possible to see a break on the Stargate where two pieces of the prop meet.
Goofs...
Teal'c's Jaffa mark is seen sideways in some scenes.
Goofs...
When Captain Samantha Carter is researching Hathor on the web, the browser shows the web address to be "file///c:/http/www/ancient/eternal/hathor.html" which would point to a file stored on the local hard drive, not a file on the World Wide Web. This is probably a saved website on the computer used for the scene.
