The television store owner in 1960s Texas gets a front-row seat to each Academy member that appears in his timeline. At first, he thinks they're aliens — fair! — but he eventually befriends Number 5 and discovers that they're not. He offers the Umbrella Academy refuge as they attempt to elude the assassin trio, The Swedes.
