Staff Inspector Fiona Currie

Fiona Currie is the commanding and sardonic Staff Inspector who runs the Homicide Division. Nicknamed "Medusa", her brusque demeanor is intimidating to the younger detectives, but the hard shell she's cultivated is the direct result of climbing the ranks as one of the only women in a sea of male detectives. Her no-nonsense, authoritarian exterior betrays an empathetic interior–she is a loyal leader and mentor who takes care of her team. She is also a single mother who juggles parenting duties with her ex-husband, who also happens to be the Superintendent for the Metro Police.
