Joseph Gribble lives next door to The Hills. His father is John Redcorn and his mother is Nancy Gribble. Officially, his father is Dale. He is best of friends with Bobby and also Connie who lives on the other side of Bobby. Joseph has a noticeable physique. While not as annoying as Ramon Alejandro, he does begin an Early Puberty beginning in Season 4. The rest of Joseph's time is spent by him self with no positive role models around which gives him not much else to do except staring at Luanne all the time. A running gag is how much he wants to touch Luanne's Bouncing Breasts, yet every body else except Joseph (accidentally) sees Luanne naked. He disappeared for the end of that season, being sent to Summer Camp where he did not write to people about his adventures. When he returned in "I Don't Want To Wait", he had a nearly 6 Feet / 1.82 Meters in height with a deep, scratchy voice. Common with Teenagers having no positive Role Models, he cringed at his Growth Spurt and had very low Self Esteem. Nancy was away at work, leaving him to a very rude Dale. The lost soul Joseph Gribble was compelled to steal his father's van and drive away from home. As Hank and Peggy were forced in the background of Bobby's Fun Party, the only person that helped Joseph was Minh. Bobby wanted Joseph to Score, which Connie was in no mood to teach Joseph. He apologized to Connie at her house, greeted by Kahn saying he is the "Jolly Gribble Giant". When Bobby looked in the window to see them kissing, his nose was nearly broken by Bobby punching him. Minh tended to Joseph's face, which was not only bleeding but also broken out in Blemishes. However, Joseph became aroused by seeing Minh's cleavage and skimpy lingerie and kissed her without hesitation. When she warned him that she is going to tell Kahn, he ran out their house. Connie was also feeling miserable about her own Puberty and requested to travel with Joseph. Bobby, influenced by his grandmother's Romance, forced his way in the van, and said he can outmatch Joseph any time at any thing at any place. Joseph, who wanted to watch the entire time, was distracted, and crashed in a street light. Eventually Joseph is proud of his physique again, and goes swimming with Luanne during her Bible Study. Other heartwarming moments is when he wrestles Dale, and when John Redcorn saved Joseph's (and a Panda) life. All the parents were given assignments as Lecturers at the school. In Joseph's case, he was assigned to Hank at Strickland.
