Octavio

"Octavio" is Arlen's best Mercenary. So long as he is paid, he shall do any task that others can not or will not do. This proves useful for Dale who does immense infinite questionable things, and Hank, who has no actual people skills, or simply hates waiting in line. He is more distant and more secretive when compared with John Redcorn which makes Octavio the perfect Spy. He joined Luanne's Swimming Pool Sermons. He also has Brothers; Of course these guys are most likely Sworn Brothers that work with him. Nothing else is known about him. He seems to be a full time Operative, which has no reported Income.
