Elle Monteiro

Elle Montiero is an old friend of Cross, a former college basketball player, and the founder of a DC non-profit. They have an easy rapport and an undeniable attraction, but the potential for a serious relationship is questionable because of Cross' baggage. Elle understands Cross is still grieving, and she wants to help him through this tough time, but she won't stick around if she doesn't see him start to fight for himself the way he fights for everyone else.
