Rob Shandon

Rob is a widower who was left to raise young son Finn after the untimely death of his wife. He runs the local diner and loves to cook. Rob loves his work and his business, but finds it difficult to juggle his career and raising a son. Being a hands-on single father keep him very busy and he loves it, but lately he feels Finn drifting farther and farther from him and the two aren't really connecting. Finn's behaviour has taken a bit of turn and Rob is grateful for his sister's help as he is at his wits end.  Rob worries that Sydney has put her life on hold for him and tries to encourage her to focus on herself.
