Admiral Chase reveals in the beginning of the episode he was called by his former classmate about a matter of National Security and asked to meet him where they first met on Induction Day at the Naval Academy in Annapolis in 1973. This makes them Class of 1977 and History (and my personal witness) says they therefore met on July 9, 1973.
