CBS saw huge Super Bowl numbers to kick off its delayed premiere week. Super Bowl LVIII scored its highest viewer numbers ever as the Chiefs took on the Forty-Niners. The network used those viewers to premiere its freshman series, Tracker after the game. Time will tell how much of that premiere audience returns without the football assist. The network had a good premiere week for its returning shows. Most scripted fare returned with higher numbers from last season. Ghosts premiered up more than a half million viewers from where it ended last season and took the top sport for non-sports-fueled programs. Young Sheldon picked up a million viewers for the premiere of its final season. FBI gained more than a million viewers from its finale and took the top drama spot from perennial favorite, NCIS. NCIS was up seven hundred thousand viewers from its finale last season.

NBC wrapped the final season of La Brea to mediocre numbers. The final episode was even with the previous week. Quantum Leap continued its rating slide, losing almost another three hundred thousand viewers it couldn't afford. Its chances for renewal are pretty grim at this point. Night Court lost four hundred thousand viewers, but shouldn't be in any danger. Extended Family was down three hundred thousand viewers, but is likely still safe for the moment.

FOX had a steady week, last week. Next Level Chef was down a bit in viewer numbers, but still took the top spot on the chart. The Floor lost two hundred thousand viewers, but will likely be renewed. We Are Family was down two hundred thousand viewers from its last new episode a couple of weeks ago. It will likely be renewed, but is also pretty low-hanging fruit if the network decides to create some schedule space for next season.

CW finally announced a few premiere plans last week. All American and Walker will both premiere the first week of April. No word yet on when All American: Homecoming or Superman & Lois will air. The network also announced two new game shows and plans to pick up more imported content from Canada for the fall 2024 season. Chances are, all four shows that survived last season's purge will be cancelled at the end of this season.

@Mili @gmpugs I think most of the shows you guys are watching should be safe for another season. (other than Young Sheldon which has already announced it is ending).
Finally saw the Friday numbers, and Fire Country opened well.
The FBI and OneChicago shows are all safe.
Not Dead Yet is holding its own with the rest of the Wednesday comedy bock and shouldn't be in any danger.
Страна пожаров, трилогию ФБР, Ещё жива и трилогию Чикаго.
The FBIs, Fire Country, Ghosts, Young Sheldon, and Abbott Elementary. And the occasional episode of NCIS.
