Lancaster v Marseillan

Recently retired Nick and Jane Purser are now looking forward to settling down, but can't decide where that should be. Jane's mum lives in Liverpool so she would prefer to stay close by with a move to Lancaster. Nick wants them to move to Marseillan in southern France where he can ride his motorbike in the sun.
