Oliver arrives at the mayor's office, and Quentin tells him that Judge Balderama granted retrials on all the cases that Adrian prosecuted when he was DA. Now they have 36 violent felons walking on the streets. As Oliver admits that they have no idea where Adrian is, a SWAT officer comes in and tells Oliver that a large crate came into Oliver's office.
