Storage Wars

Storage Wars follows professional buyers and their teams as they scour repossessed storage units in search of hidden treasure. Part gamblers, part detectives, these auction pros have found everything from coffins to the world's most valuable comic book collection, paying as little as ten dollars for items valued in the millions.

Each episode of Storage Wars follows a group of bidders as they get a quick peek inside the units, aided only by the beam of a flashlight. They then must assess on the spot if the unit is worth a bid and how high they will actually go to grasp the gold. The high-stakes fun begins as we see if the resulting buy is full of mostly trash... or true treasure.

Holy crap! What a mess Season 10 Storage Wars first episode was! Someone trying to chase the viewers away or something? Wow. A&E takes one of the best shows on television and finds a way to screw it up. You can't tell me these were the same producers. Seems like it was produced by someone who never saw the show before. No banter, no joy, no fun. Many of the show's regulars are GONE. Mean, miserable, and off-putting. If wasn't for Mary, I would have turned off the show. It really is too much to ask Mary to carry the show, and then have a new, mean auctioneer Emily Ware, who wants to keep her from getting a locker. Why would I want to watch that? Emily Wears obviously has no television experience or personality. As interesting as dry, stale toast, Emily Ware manages to alienate the bidders and the viewers, and closes with a really snappy ending: "don't forget to pay your bills." Uh huh, that's why I watch television. To listen to someone who could work at the DMV. Ummm.. No thanks. We have enough "mean TV" - watch any cable news 24x7 for mean people. Here's a prediction - there certainly won't be any Season 11 for Storage Wars.
