In Halva halva, we follow the Iraqi Massari family on their journey to find a new home when gentrification forces them out of their apartment in the Stockholm suburbs. While facing numerous external pressures socially, culturally, and economically, as well as those that come with moving, the infighting begins as previously held grievances are aired between the family members.
