When a woman seeking advice about an abusive husband is found dead, recipe advice columnist Tannie Maria, and her colleague, rookie journalist Jessie, spring into action, determined to solve this small town Karoo murder and catch the killer. I'm 73. I've been reading detective stories and other literature for about 65 of those years. My late-wife, who was also a fan of detective novels, taught high school honors English & literature classes. She had one detective novel published and was working on several others when she passed.
I only wrote the preface to show that I have read or watched a ton of such stories. If you like amateur detective novels and haven't watched this series, I strongly urge you to watch the first episode. Hopefully, you'll agree with me and watch them all.
I hope the series is renewed. I wait with much anticipation the next season?
