Stories mostly centered on The Kingfish's schemes to get rich, often by duping his brothers in the Mystic Knights of the Sea Lodge. Andy was particularly dupable. Amos mostly narrated.

This is another crazy financial scheme of the Kingfish when he finds out Andy has a few Batchelor friends who use and pay for Meal Tickets. When Kingfish wants the money they pay, he sells them a meal ticket for his own home meals! It gets crazy cause Sapphire is tired of company that says only pass the salt, pass the bread. She wants intellectuals! Like someone like authors, musicians, arts, science. So hilarious on who Andy brings.....

What a riot this one is!! Kingfish is in the doghouse cause he and Sapphire were at a party and he danced with every lady and not her! He said ..."by the time I got to you my hip gave out".
He tries to win her back, but a handsome, ex boyfriend is coming to see her. This is where it goes hilarious. They compete for Sapphire, especially with the flowers, and a dance in the living room. As per usual Calhoun, Andy and Kingfish plot to ship him out! This is one of my favorites! 😁😁

Kingfish and Andy stopped to take a photo in front of a jewelry store, and they accidentally caught a picture of a bank robber.
There is a $1000 reward and And has the film. Kingfish attempts to get the film from Andy but needs to have him unconscious. Lightning gives Kingfish the idea the ceiling is about to collapse and would make someone unconscious.
There is also a chase with the robber. The craziest part, for me, is the plan for the ceiling to collapse.
