Altered Carbon is set in the 25th century when the human mind has been digitized and the soul itself is transferable from one body to the next. Takeshi Kovacs, a former elite interstellar warrior known as an Envoy who has been imprisoned for 250 years, is downloaded into a future he'd tried to stop. If he can solve a single murder in a world where technology has made death nearly obsolete, he'll get a chance at a new life on Earth.

I was thoroughly disappointed in the second season of this show! The first season was great, but this season was stale, boring and basically just sucked..
Poe being "alive" is the only reason this got 7 instead of 6 stars.
Best part of this episode was when Kovacs smeared his blood on the screen and Poe announced that he could now take advantage of all the customer amenities or actually the parts that played right after that. Yes, this looks good and I'm looking forward to S02 in a few days.
