Born in Vancouver, British Columbia Laura Harris began in radio dramas and animation series at the age of five. Her first credited voice role was for the 1988 series Beany and Cecil, and was also known as the voice of Bright Eyes in the 1992 series My Little Pony Tales. In 1991 she landed the role of Ashley Frasier in the television series Fifteen, then moved to Los Angeles in 1997 to focus on her acting career full time.
