Bull gets upset when he writes a children's book for a contest entry and the publishers deem it too scary/offensive for young kids. Dan gets confused when his interactions with a plaintiff gives him mixed messages.

Leon, a runaway, returns just as Harry's putting the finishing touches on his annual Halloween party. Dan tries to talk the Prosecutor into inviting him to his high society Halloween party.

With Christine having obtained Harry's job as judge back, it is now contingent on Harry having to be sworn back in before the deadline arrives. Now the entire courtroom staff are searching everywhere for a Harold Stone who can't be found.

The staff still is unable to find Harry to be sworn in by a  judge that knows Harry. Harry is about to perform the prank of the century when he encounters a person that is about to commit suicide.

When a State Supreme Court Justice woos Mac to clerk in his court, chaos soon follows in Harry's court. However, not long after having a conversation with the Justice, Harry begins to worry that Mac's new job has to do with the color of skin instead of with his job ability. Dan hires a valet who soon begins to drive him crazy.

When Harry gets placed on a list of New York's most interesting people, the fame and attention goes to his head. As a result, when he gets set up on a date with a pretty model on the same night as he made plans with Christine, he lies to get out of it, and as a result, Christine gets mad when she finds out about it.
